Mental Health First Aid by MHFA England is suitable for anyone who wants to gain the necessary skills to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and stress. Our accredited courses are delivered across the UK to teach participants how to support effectively, covers a range of mental health conditions, and supports an organisation’s wellbeing program.

Spot the Signs

Mind Health Solutions deliver training so that colleagues can spot the signs of poor mental health and provide early intervention, resulting in a reduction in absenteeism, improved attrition/retention, increased performance and better morale.

Understand and Support

We ensure delegates get a deep understanding of what mental health is and what factors can affect well-being. The course teaches practical skills to spot the signs of mental illness and gives the confidence to step in and support a person who needs assistance.

Free with every course

All those who complete the course get a MHFA manual, a workbook including a helpful toolkit to support their own mental health and a certificate of attendance from MHFA England stating they are a Mental Health First Aider.

Accredited Qualification

This is the only accredited mental health first aid qualification and it’s believed this will be compulsory in the workplace alongside physical first aid.
